Role Overview :

As a Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services.

You will handle consultations and generate enthusiasm for our non-invasive procedures, supported by warm leads provided by our expert marketing team.

Compensation :

Enjoy a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Additionally, this role will participate in our lucrative, uncapped commission plan.

On average, our Patient Care Coordinators earn $35.45 per hour in their first year!

Key Responsibilities :

Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and describe LaserAway’s treatments.

Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.

Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.

Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.

Check patients in / out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic.

Restock inventory, light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards.

Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.

Required to work on weekends on a weekly basis.

Minimum Qualifications :

2+ years sales experience required, commission base structure preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask, stay attentive to patients, and be flexible to business needs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
