This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8a-5p and Wednesday 10a7p

Patients per day : 18-21

Practice Setting : Federally Qualified Health Center

Scope : Outpatient

State Licensure : Connecticut
