Our trusted client seeks a Senior Juniper Engineer SME (Juniper OEM) to join their team!

• Title : Senior Juniper Engineer SME (Juniper OEM) 100% Remote
• Duration : 12 months to 18 Months
• Location : 100% Remote
• Working Hours : 8am to 4pm Eastern

Job Summary : Juniper OEM Engineer Juniper installs, maintains and repairs customer approved hardware and software; provides 2nd / 3rd level technical and troubleshooting assistance to customer inquiries, all in a manner that builds customer trust and confidence.

Responsibilities :

• Installs, or assists in installation, of approved hardware, software & peripheral components Juniper VXLAN
• Maintains & repairs technological equipment & peripheral devices Juniper VXLAN
• Performs regular system updates
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests
• Escalates queries not resolved within appropriate timeframe
• Documents customer interactions using designated programs & procedures

Qualifications :

• Has worked at Juniper Networks as a Juniper Engineer
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written - this is a requirement
• Active Listening Skills with ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
• Strong Sense of Urgency & Commitment to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• 7 + years Juniper VXLAN Data Center Engineer Experience in Large Enterprise Environment
• 7 + years combination of knowledge and experience supporting Juniper VXLAN
• 7 + years’ experience with IT ticketing system
• MIST AI automation expertise
• Excellent Organizational & time management skills
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong ability to embrace & gain competence in new technologies

Work Environment :

May manage many projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of clients.

The work environment will frequently be hectic and busy, and the little to none travel

Work location is remote. No travel anticipated.
