The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or sales and possess excellent communication skills. Your role will include managing ongoing client relationships to ensure their satisfaction, fostering an environment of open and constructive feedback, and tracking company progress.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $65,000 annually based on performance

Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to customers and clients.
• Assess customer and client needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and nurture strong relationships.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts effectively.
• Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries about products, services, general information, and complaints.
• Thoroughly follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints with care and accuracy to achieve complete satisfaction.
• Keep customer accounts updated with the latest information as needed.
• Regularly collaborate with team leads to stay updated on new services and products.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Valid Identification.
• Laptop and / or iPad.
• High-Speed Internet.
• Quiet Workspace.
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
