About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2284 To $2538 Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : 26 weeks Shift : Day - 4x10 - 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Thursday (closed for lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM) Guaranteed Hours : 0 hours per week Experience : Minimum 2 years License : Not required for submission Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Outpatient Physical Therapy experience with all ages Job Description : Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
- Work a flexible schedule with 4-day shifts from Monday to Thursday.- Engage in patient assessment, planning, and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient care.- Utilize the Cerner Community Works charting system for accurate patient records.
- Participate in orientation which may occur in the week prior, depending on availability.- Ensure compassionate and professional therapy services within a post-acute care setting.
- Ability to work without guaranteed weekly hours.- Follow organizational policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
