Pay Rate : $19.28 7 am to 3 : 30 pm

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be :

• Performing preventive maintenance on Bridgeport and Lathe machines
• Repairing infrastructure such as doors and walls
• Assembling, disassembling, and installing new machines
• Troubleshooting mechanical equipment breakdowns
• Conducting routine maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing broken assets
• Maintaining records of performed maintenance tasks
• Keeping hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean
• Following safety precautions and adhering to the schedule
• Utilizing your electrical and industrial connection skills
• Applying your project-level knowledge of electricity distribution networks
• Reading schematics for electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have experience in preventive maintenance and repairs
• Have experience as a technician responsible for electrical installations
• Have a background in construction
• Can read schematics for electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems
• Have strong information skills
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
• Have a strong team spirit and can work collaboratively
• Are resilient and flexible
• Have experience with LOTO (Lockout / Tagout)
