A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage key business accounts throughout the America region.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
Manage subscription renewals and retention for allocated accounts to ensure timely closure
Develop account plans and monitor competitor and market activity to grow account revenue
Required Qualifications
5 - 10 years of Account Management experience in a Professional Services / Consulting environment
Experience managing high-value relationships with senior management in large corporations
Experience in selling enterprise solutions to senior-level decision makers
A good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance issues affecting international businesses
Two years or higher education degree / certificate is preferred
