To support the critical decisions made in the Department of Defense ( DoD ) every day, we need a HUMINT Targeting Spe cia list like you to do just that.

At Booz Allen, you’ll use your personal experience, training, certifications, and good judgment to build solutions in support of critical DoD collection priorities.

As a HUMINT Targeting Spe cia list, you’ll bring your targeting and analytical expertise to directly improve critical operational outcomes for our Defense mission clients.

You’ll be a t rus ted advisor and share knowledge and findings that have a direct impact on the ability of our warfighters and policy makers to advance the defense interests of the United States.

You Have :

3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting

Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, Pathfinder, M3, Analyst Notebook, or Palantir

Ability to create network diagrams using Palantir or Analyst Notebook

Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;

TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
