A company is looking for a Vice President of Corporate and Strategic Finance.Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the Corporate Finance team responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the overall companyOversee the R&D and G&A Business Partnering Finance team, providing strategic financial guidance and support to these key functional areasDirect the Strategic Finance team focused on managing key metrics and performance indicators for the business, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluationRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
MBA or advanced degree preferred15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions overseeing corporate finance functionsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendationsProven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teamsExperience in the technology industry and familiarity with SaaS business models preferred
