We have an opportunity to join a fast-paced team of hard-working individuals responsible for providing Senior IT Project Management support across various organizations in Freddie Mac.

Your Impact :

You will be responsible for the management of significant projects that require a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions.

You will demonstrate strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills across the enterprise providing complex resolutions to an extensive range of projects.

You will represent the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts interacting with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines.

Qualifications :

• 5 - 7 years of related professional experience
• College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies / degree preferred.
• Prior experience implementing technology solutions with strong facilitation and project management skills
• Tools : Atlassian suite including JIRA for work management and MS Project for work breakdown structure management
• PMP preferred
• Ability to report on project level plans to Customers and Vendor partners
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; often times supporting multiple concurrent effort in various capacities (leading one or more efforts while supporting others)
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; problem solving, coupled with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a group

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.

The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
