We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or NYC areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about the intersection of tech and mental health to join the Calm B2B marketing team.

In this highly dynamic role, you will support the development of the team’s strategy, lead the tactical components of product marketing engagements, and will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of initiatives.

You will be responsible for achieving team OKRs and work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, customer success, data science and legal.

  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively on GTM strategy creation and execution, marketing assets, and product launch activities
  • Create and iterate on effective and strategic sales collateral and other marketing materials to equip the sales team with the necessary resources to effectively sell
  • Act as the voice of the buyer and support the creation and implementation of the overarching Calm Health positioning and messaging strategy
  • Conduct competitor and market research and become an expert in the market to inform product strategy and messaging and positioning
  • Engage in the development and implementation of our GTM strategy for new B2B product offerings and features
  • Lead and execute on select GTM launches from start to finish with minimal support
  • Develop key systems and processes for working cross-functionally to ensure efficiency and organization in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment

Who You Are

  • Experience driving new business or tailoring campaigns to grow / win opportunities within unique customer segments
  • Experience in marketing towards human resources and benefit administrators within the health tech space
  • Balancing multiple projects is key. At any given time, you will be multi-tasking across several projects. The ability to do so excites and energizes you
  • Customer-centric, empathetic and creative. You always build strategies around customer insights, you have a knack for understanding the wants and needs of others, and you’re great at generating creative new ideas around those customers
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful; comfortable with ambiguity. Able to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Eager and Efficient. You are eager to learn, roll up your sleeves and take on the tactical needs of projects. You quickly understand the scope and key goals of an initiative, identify and mitigate any risks
  • Analytical and data-driven. You are a strong problem solver who knows how to use data and identify problems, find opportunities and drive continuous improvements in our marketing and growth efforts
  • Ability to work cross-functionality with teams such as product, sales, account management, consumer marketing and PR to successfully manage projects tactically through execution.

You enjoy building and fostering relationships to achieve a common goal

Strong written and verbal communication including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors.

You understand the key audience and can tailor key communication appropriately. You are comfortable with public speaking while demonstrating confidence and openness

Knowledgeable and passionate about mental health, mindfulness, and employee wellbeing

Nice to Haves

  • Experience marketing in the healthcare space
  • Comfortable using project management / collaboration software platforms such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Fluent in interpreting data pulled from CRM (i.e. Salesforce) or marketing automation software (i.e. Marketo) platforms
  • Experience marketing to large enterprise clients or the payer space

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years B2B product marketing experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,500 - $168,700. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position.

Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidates skills, experience and other qualifications.

This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
