Downs Pham & Kuei LLP is a San Francisco boutique law firm specializing in complex real estate and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on tax advantaged financing for affordable housing and community development.
We help clients buy, build, sell, develop, lease, and finance real estate assets throughout the nation. We are seeking a candidate who has at least 2-3 years of experience practicing transactional law.
Qualified candidates will have an interest in a transactional practice, solid credentials, and a personality conducive to a small firm environment.
We also encourage candidates looking only for a part-time position (at least 25 hours / week) to apply.
Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with interest in real estate and finance law to join a sophisticated practice and work in a dynamic, supportive and team-oriented atmosphere while enjoying the benefits of a small law firm.
This job requires the lawyer to assume responsibility for a wide range of real estate and finance transactions relating to affordable housing and community development.
