Ourclient a leader in the restoration and mitigation industry isseeking a highly organized and professional Project Manager withextensive experience in Mitigation specifically with CommercialLarge Loss projects.

This role does not require travel allowing thecandidate to focus on local projects and teammanagement.

KeyResponsibilities :

ProjectManagement :

Oversee and manage large loss mitigation projects from initiationto completion.

Ensure projectsare completed on time within scope and withinbudget.

Coordinate and supervisesubcontractors vendors and projectteams.

TechnicalProficiency :

Utilize and adapt quickly to industryspecific software includingProcore Xactimate and Symbility.

Employ additional tools such as DASH Encircle Salesforce andFleeteo for project management anddocumentation.

OrganizationalSkills :

Maintain thorough project documentation andrecords.

Implement and monitorproject schedules resources andworkflows.

Ensure compliance withsafety regulations and qualitystandards.

Clientand TeamCommunication :

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regularupdates and addressing concerns.

Foster strong relationships with clients adjusters and internalteams.

Lead project meetings andfacilitate effective communication among allstakeholders.

Qualifications : Experience :

Experience :

Proven experience in mitigation specifically with commercial largeloss projects.

Strong backgroundin project management within the restorationindustry.

Familiarity withProcore Xactimate and Symbility or a demonstrated ability to adaptquickly to newtechnology.

Skills :

Highly organized with excellent time management and multitaskingabilities.

Professional demeanorwith strong leadership and communicationskills.

Proficient in usingproject management software and tools such as DASH Encircle andSalesforce

Education :

Relevant certification or degree in project management constructionmanagement or a related field ispreferred.
