Wage : $19.75 - $21.76 + based on experience ($28+ / hr for work on weekends packages!)

Lake Minnetonka Shores is seekingNursing Assistants ( Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide ) to join our team at Lake Minnetonka Shores in our Care Center / Long Term Care / Memory Care / Transitional Care :

Work every weekend schedule option available with premium pay!

• Base pay available for weekdays and TIME & A HALF offered for working EVERY WEEKEND for 6 months Certified Nursing Assistants - starting at $28+ per hour or higherbased on experience!
• Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours- total commitment is 24 out of 26 weekends.
• Full-Time benefit eligibility available

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts,
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• To work in Long Term Care , Nursing Assistant Certification is required. Assisted Living does not require any certifications.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
