Our client, a fast-growing financial services firm, is seeking a Processing Associate to join their team permanently. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About You :
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Some knowledge of IRAs, insurance products, and financial institutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Administrative and data entry proficiency.
- Bachelors degree required.
Day to Day :
- Update and track client paperwork and applications.
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and financial institutions to expedite actions.
- Assist with organizing and submitting applications for insurance and retirement products.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and physical files.
- Ensure workflow meets productivity and timeliness standards.
