Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to oversee our US market operations. This role is pivotal in driving growth by nurturing existing client relationships and expanding our customer base.

We are looking for a motivated, success-driven person with a clear focus on business results. An analytical person with strong communication and negotiation skills is a requirement.

Experience in team lead is beneficial.

The Senior Sales Director works along with a team of Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers being his dedicated team to serve our existing customers and prospects in Northern America.

This is a remote job being based in the Northern part of America (preferable USA) and it requires high mobility to meet the customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives - Develop strategic sales and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and tailored support.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new customers.
  • Identify potential market segments and innovative approaches to penetrate new markets.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Suggest new services / products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals and strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights by using CRM tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
  • Support local marketing activities, manage local resellers and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities as product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience selling in the domain of operators for IPTV, Cable, Satellite and OTT.
  • Minimum of 5 10 years of sales experience in the TV software industry, with a focus on SaaS.
  • Proven track record in the TV / media sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Have demonstrated success in planning and managing a personal business portfolio by territory / business according to an agreed market development strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a distributed team.
  • Fast learner person, able to understand the product and the audience / Industry.
  • The ideal candidate feels comfortable working in a high growth environment, with low supervision. He / she is a self-starter and ambitious person.
