Qualifications :
- Real estate agent or broker’s license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent.
- Good standing with the local Realtor board (GBAR).
- Knowledge of the Boston area real estate market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
