COOK - CONCESSIONS
Jitjatjo is looking for passionate and hardworking talent like you who enjoy working in fast-paced kitchen environments.
Concession Cooks are passionate about food and are experts at preparing a variey of foods. Successful Talent multitask with minimal supervision and carefully follow directions for food service.
Responsibilities :
- Carefully follow standard recipes while preparing assigned items for food service
- Prepare, chop, slice, and cut all ingredient portions prior to cooking
- Grill all ingredients and dishes as specified in the menu and according to proper temperatures
- Plate and garnish cooked items before guest service
- Clean and maintain assigned work station areas
- Follow safe and sanitary food handling practices according to local health and state laws
- Ensure that guest meals come out quickly, simultaneously, and consistently
- Maintain a positive and professional environment with coworkers and customers
