Salary / Hourly Rate :
$50,000 base and commissions
Position Overview :
Our client is looking for a hungry and quick learner to join their Inside Sales Representative job opportunity. This Inside Sales Representative will with work with warm leads to create quick sales.
This individual much be able to have confidence, work in a fast paced environment, and willing to hustle to make money!
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative :
- Consistently hit monthly volume and cross-sell quotas. Meet and exceed daily hustle metrics / activity goals / KPIs
- Make 40-60 calls & send 100 emails per day to warm leads and approvals
- Manage a pipeline of up to 100 prospects in various stages of the sales cycle, including underwriting review, and closing
- Assist customers through the underwriting process to generate offers that you can close
- Consistently hit monthly volume & booking rate targets
- Provide excellent customer service to newly onboarded clients for their first 30 days with our client
- Serve as a trusted advisor to small business owners, ensuring that they are connected with the correct client product
- Act as a conduit between the Underwriting Team and the customer to collect proper documentation to maximize clients offer amounts
- Utilize sales engagement tools, lead management software, and CRMs to optimize pipeline management

Qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative :
- 1 to 2 years in a sales capacity
- Ability to be confident on a call to close the deal
- Ability to build relationships
- Be a quick thinker and a team player
- Must be willing to learn

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
