Position Summary

We are currently seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support our fastener production operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical experience in fastener manufacturing and production processes—whether through formal education or industry experience.

You will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency, supporting production, and ensuring product quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for cold headed and cold formed fasteners.

Create and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure parts meet design specifications and ISO 9001 : 2015 standards.

Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements to processes, tooling, or materials.

Support new product development and prototyping.

Assist in maintaining documentation and procedures related to manufacturing operations.

Work closely with the shop floor team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawing and design.

Solid understanding of fastener manufacturing processes, especially cold heading and cold forming.

Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to process improvement.

Engineering degree preferred but not required — equivalent work experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly valued.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
