Job Posting TitleProduct Manager- REMOTE / Medical Specialty PharmacyJob DescriptionThe Product Manager is responsible for understanding the market problems facing our clients, cross-functionally leading the development and management of competitive products, and providing the value of those products to the market.

This position partners with other departments as a liaison to develop product standards and innovations, moving from strategy to execution.

The Product Manager acts as a short-term project manager, facilitating the promotion and uptake by clients and guiding the tracking and measurement functions performed by other departments.

  • ResponsibilitiesDocument business case for new products, product enhancements, and process improvementsShepherd projects and other investment initiatives through appropriate development channels;
  • track, organize, and communicate status of Product project initiativesSupport development of product collateral, sales plans, and training for new and existing products or programsCoordinate launch and implementation of new products, product enhancements, and process improvements across all stakeholdersManage product performance dashboards and participate in development of new Product materialsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and / or related work experience;

HS diploma or GED is required2 years of experience in healthcare including experience in Product Development, Finance, Operations or MarketingMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to work in ambiguous role with undefined parametersProficient in the Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications1 year of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experienceMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureReports to Sr Professional, Principal or Manager in the Network Management department or Specialty Clinical Program Development departmentsPotential pay for this position ranges from $64,700.
