Application and Project Coordinator (m / f / d)

Your tasks :
- Responsibility for receiving requirements from the business, evaluating them and proposing solutions or scenarios in line with TotalEnergies' IT strategy.
- Coordination with internal and external, in particular the supported, specialist departments.
- Responsibility for the implementation of IT projects from kick-off to go-live while adhering to time and budget targets.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality of IT projects and operation of applications in the area of responsibility.
- Supplier control and contract management - regular review of SLAs and contracts of service providers in the area of responsibility.
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and IT security guidelines.
- Local contact for centrally managed applications in the company, exchange with international teams.
- Identification of potential for improvement.
Your profile :
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in the IT or digital sector.
- Knowledge of project and change management methods.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Strong teamwork, customer orientation, time management and problem-solving skills.
