Description
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field required.
- Prior experience with psychiatry, behavioral health, and knowledge of case management is preferred.
- License / Certification : Active LMSW, LICSW, ALC, LPC or LMFT required, SECURE required,
- BLS required
- Ability to evaluate and access difficulties and strengths in age specific psycho-social functioning
- Knowledge of diagnostic criteria from the most current DSM
Knowledge of medical terminology
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Ability to cope with stressful / rapidly changing situations
- Ability to maintain a professional and customer centric composure in difficult or challenging situations
- Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated
- Ability to prioritize workload to achieve maximum efficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must have organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization.
- Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to guests, visitors, and patients
