Title of Position : Restaurant Manager
Job Description : TThe Restaurant Manager will collaborate closely with the Proprietor to oversee three key areas : People, Sales, and Profits.
While the primary focus of the Restaurant Manager will be on developing the front-of-house staff, they will also support the Proprietor in recruiting, training, and nurturing all team members.
Ensuring that every team member is treated with respect, the Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in both hiring and terminating employees.
Additionally, they will drive sales through exceptional service and diligently implement strategies for sales growth both within the restaurant and in the broader community.
