Set up and calibrate machines for production runs. Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy. Program CNC machines using MASTERCAM and C-code. Design and build custom work-holding and fixtures. Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes. Execute and verify CNC programs to ensure performance. Write detailed engineering reports and conduct time studies. Design tooling and gaging using SolidWorks. Support turnkey projects from setup to implementation. Recommend and implement advanced machining techniques. Select cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high-quality standards. 3+ years of experience as a Machinist (CNC). Proficiency in C-code programming and CNC operation. Experience working with multi-axis lathes / mill-turns . Proficiency in SolidWorks , AutoCAD , and MASTERCAM . Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop prints. Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience. Experience in aluminum door and window manufacturing. Familiarity with window machining centers (e.g., Elumatec , FOM , Emegi ).
