What We're Looking For

  • Experience : A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program.
  • Certification : Board-certified in General Surgery. A Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus but not required.
  • Leadership & Communication : Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with hospital leadership.
  • Passion : A deep commitment to trauma surgery and a desire for continuous professional growth.
