Job Description
The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing department, including managing clinical staff, residents' care, and other leadership duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical department
- Hiring, training, and development of staff
- Direct involvement in evaluating residents' needs and services
- Other leadership duties as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State
- Experience in skilled nursing, Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing or Gerontology and / or Dementia Care
- Skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, and responsiveness to residents
- Love for seniors!
