  • Responsibilities
  • On-site coverage : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • Provide interventional radiology services for adult and geriatric patients
  • Qualifications
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
  • ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
  • Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
  • NPI and DEA registration
  • Health Requirements
  • MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella (vaccine or titer)
  • TB test (skin, bloodwork, or chest X-ray)
  • Annual flu shot
