About The Role :
As a Geotechnical Project Engineer , you will oversee the management and execution of geotechnical engineering services from inception to completion. Your projects will encompass subsurface explorations, slope stability evaluations, construction support services, and more.
Data Evaluation : Evaluate and synthesize intricate geotechnical laboratory test results and field data to inform project decisions.Engineering Expertise : Apply robust geotechnical engineering principles to analyze shallow and deep foundations, slope stability, and settlement.Communication : Regularly communicate with subcontractors and external clients to ensure project alignment and address any issues promptly.Technical Reporting : Write detailed technical reports, prepare comprehensive proposals, and actively participate in marketing and business development pursuits.Leadership : Lead by example, actively supporting internal policies and practices, including health and safety, risk management, project management, and quality management.About You :
You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related engineering field.You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Geotechnical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and related experience.You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.You have excellent computer skills, including at a minimum, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.You Are Willing and Able to :
Perform outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions.Walk over rough terrain and stand for long periods.Lift and carry 40-50 lbs. of materials and equipment.Safely handle field tools and maneuver equipment on active construction sites.Grow With Us :
