Coverage needs starting October 1, 2024, ongoing

Daily Model : 1 MD every week Monday - Friday ongoing and 2 CRNAs every week Monday - Friday ongoing call divided evenly amongst providers

Daily Sites : 3 Anesthesia sites per day including OB, Call coverage from 5 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am on weeknights, first out post call. Weekend call required and open to all providers.

Weekly Call Rotation : Call starts 5 pm at least once a week with the start-up, sometimes twice - looking for flexibility in providers

Weekend Call Rotation : All weekends open for start-up phase

Case Types : 2800 cases per year Mostly general, ortho, OB (275 deliveries / year), gyn, ophthalmology, podiatry

EMR : EPIC

Certifications : ACLS (required to be through AHA), PALS, BLS

Epidural and regional blocks skills required

This is not a supervision model. The CRNAs and MDs have the same autonomy. CRNAs work independently. MDs handle podiatry cases.
