Responsibilities-
- Assist the Program Director in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the anesthesiology residency curriculum.
- Play a key role in resident recruitment, selection, and evaluation processes, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Coordinate and oversee resident rotations, schedules, and educational activities to optimize learning experiences.
- Provide mentorship and support to residents, facilitating their professional and personal growth throughout the program.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and deliver educational sessions, including lectures, workshops, and simulation exercises.
- Assist in the management of program operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and accreditation documentation.

- Faculty Experience preferred.

Qualifications :
- Board certification in anesthesiology and active medical license.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in anesthesiology.
- Previous experience in medical education, preferably as a faculty member or in a leadership role within a residency program.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
