Child Care Center Executive Director

As a leader in a Child Care Center , you inspire teachers to create high-quality programming in each classroom while managing the center's day-to-day operations.

You build strong partnerships with families to nurture each child's individual development and pave the way for success in school and life.

If you have managed a large capacity, client-based, or multi-site child care program, apply today to join our leadership team at 2nd Generation Cabot as the Executive Center Director ! This beautiful client center is a unique opportunity to lead 4 programs in one.

You will work with center directors covering 4 different buildings on campus as well as an art studio and large admin building.

Located in South San Francisco, this program is one you will want to see to believe all the great spaces for children and teachers!

As an Executive Center Director, you will :

Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to build and maintain an inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.

Implement proactive communication and regular meetings with employees to build strong teams.

Conduct the daily responsibilities of operating the center, including guiding the center leadership team and providing feedback to help each employee grow.

Requirements :

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements :

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required; Master's degree preferred

At least six years of center leadership and teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

Supervisory experience in a client-based, large, or multi-site child care center required

Must meet CA requirements to be a center director, including the infant toddler unit requirement

Compensation Range : $98,200 - $122,700 / Annual

The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
