Job Summary :

Manage the operations of Westbrook Senior Living Community.  Ensure that the assisted living community is supported by high quality programs and services which allow residents to live in the most beneficial environment.  Direct the organization in such a way that it meets the needs of the residents and complies with and meets the goals of regulatory agencies and Cornerstone Management Communities mission.  Coordinate services with arranged home care provider as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee systems and services tailored to a diverse and high-needs senior population.

Lead, mentor, and manage a large team across multiple disciplines.

Ensure all policies and practices meet federal, state, and local regulations, including landlord-tenant law.

Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.

Partner with leadership on long-term planning and goal setting.
