Executive Director of Hematology

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Head of Hematology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercialization efforts for the hematology portfolio, including performance and lifecycle management

Direct marketing and sales teams while collaborating across various functions to drive growth and strategy

Build relationships with external stakeholders and represent the company in oncology discussions

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial leadership experience in biopharma, preferably in oncology

Experience managing large teams (10+ people) and P&L responsibilities

Minimum of 2-3 years in sales management and 5+ years in marketing leadership

Expertise in launch strategy, pricing, reimbursement, and lifecycle management

Strong track record of building high-performing teams and effective matrix collaboration
