Key Responsibilities
Own and customize the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools like Salesforce and HubSpot support business objectives
Audit workflows and redesign processes to improve efficiency for sales and marketing teams
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in high-growth startups
Expert-level Salesforce administration skills; certification is strongly preferred
Familiarity with GTM tools and systems, including marketing automation and sales tools
Data analysis experience with the ability to build dashboards and performance metrics
Knowledge of custom solutions and revenue operations best practices
