We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience delivering Microsoft ecosystem solutions—particularly in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 data governance—to lead a high-visibility initiative focused on deploying Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s data is properly governed, secured, and permissioned as it migrates to the Copilot environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, Microsoft technical fluency, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Due to the nature of the work you must be a US CITIZEN

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project delivery for the Microsoft Copilot implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational data governance and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and data governance teams to configure and validate Microsoft Purview policies, sensitivity labels, and data access controls.
• Oversee the migration and readiness of data for Copilot, ensuring proper permissions and role-based access controls are in place.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Microsoft technical teams, and internal IT leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on project milestones, risks, and overall progress.
