ResponsibilitiesLead staff in performing clinical or patient care activities.* Lead or coordinate daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and / or associates.

• Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.* Assign, monitor, and review progress of work and compliance with policies and / or procedures.
• Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.* May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
• Work with the providers in the clinic as well as administrative duties.* Perform vitals.* Design, interpret, and implement clinical policies and procedures.

RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration : * Required Credential(s) : * BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date.

Preferred Credential(s) : * Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).Education : * Required professional licensure / certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experiencerequired.
