Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Division Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Electrical Branch Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Branch Manager in Charlotte, NC is between $200,000 and $250,000

Electrical Branch Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for P&L.
- Responsible for ensuring project budgets are being followed, work codes, cash flow, forecasting costs, and monitoring & reporting any financial issues to owner.
- Manage and communicate with all project managers, superintendents, etc. in order to facilitate job progress and ensure best practices are being followed.
- Ensure all projects are running safely, effectively and on schedule.
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed to meet client expectations and project milestones.
- Ensure quality control throughout project.
- Travel to projects, as needed.
Electrical Division Manager Qualifications
- Great job history stability, no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
- Construction Management / Electrical Engineering or Field experience.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a division manager or similar for a medium to large electrical subcontractor.
- Proven success running operations for a medium-sized electrical contractor.
- Knowledge & financial responsibility to run profit & loss.
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements.
- Project experience must include large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects.
- Successful experience with project budgets, forecasting project costs, change orders, billings, job costing, and more.
- Must be able to pass a background check, and possess a good driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
