Schedule & Requirements

Part time
2-3 days a week (let us know if you are looking for additional days)
Valid active Cosmetology in this state
Reliable transportation
Proof of Identity
Proof of eligibility to work in the US, without sponsorship
6 hour shifts (9am-3pm / 10am-4pm)

This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a salon professional, "PS Pro", you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. Benefits And Compensation

50% commission per service performed

In this state, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $24 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure.

Duties

Provide a wide range of cosmetology services which may include, but not limited to : haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures and roller sets.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.

Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience

Proven experience as a Cosmetologist

Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.

Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer's, dementia and / or special needs desirable.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
