About The Position
Assignment Length : 13 weeks
Shift Details : Varied shifts to fulfill department staffing needs; weekends on-call and holidays may be required.
Required Certifications : BLS required; PALS and ACLS preferred (must be through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross).
Scrub Attire : Required, not provided.
Floating Requirements : Travelers are first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the permanent assigned location.
EMR Used : EPIC experience preferred.
Relevant Skills : Minimum 2 years of current experience in large OR, especially in Cardiovascular; experience in Ortho, ENT, and Transplant is a plus;
must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment; must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : Not specified.
Radius Restrictions : 75-mile straight line radius rule; no local travelers.
RTO : Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission; no holiday RTO will be approved.
