We are looking for an efficient, accurate and knowledgeable bookkeeping professional for our small family owned Auto Collision office.
Applying candidates should have strong data entry, organization and communication skills, along with the ability to create spreadsheets in the use of preparing reports and analysis.
The successful candidate for this position will also be required to help out occasionally in the office, preparing mailings, printing reports and answering the occasional phone call.
Responsibilities :
- Accounts payable & receivables (G / L, journal entries, 3-way matching)
- Reconciliation bank accounts and credit cards
- Process taxes (Sales / Property)
- Prepare 1099 forms / documents
- Create accurate spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy is extremely important
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers
- Comfortable communicating via telephone and in-person
- Other general office duties when necessary
Requirements :
- QuickBooks (Intermediate to Advanced knowledge)
- 4 yr degree in Accounting or other related major
