Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to connect with our members in a friendly and professional manner.
As a Bartender at HOME, you’ll be an integral part of our members’ experience, crafting signature cocktails, recommending drinks, and ensuring that each visit is a delight.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess members needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Prepare all craft cocktails as specified
- Check member and guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Manage bar inventory, including stocking supplies and restocking items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Uphold HOME’s standards of service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of sake is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts on Thursdays and Fridays. Compensation is $12.00 / hour.
