Nightwing is seeking a Facilities Program Manager. This role will execute new construction phase responsibilities while planning and preparing for Day One readiness.

The Program Manager (PM) will work closely with the Facilities Construction Lead to ensure all construction project milestones are met of this new site’s start-up.

As construction nears completion, the PM will develop and execute a phased approach from the construction phase to occupancy / operational phase handover process.

With the Facilities Construction Lead, all deficiencies will be documented, and a mitigation plan established with a roadmap to final corrective actions and construction close-out.

The PM will interface and coordinate amongst a vast stakeholder group to support Day One occupancy readiness. The new sites’ team is approximately 10 people and will consist of multidisciplined individuals.

The teams’ disciplines will range from facilities maintenance, security, logistics, and IT infrastructure. During the construction phase, the PM will work with the discipline leads to develop, implement, and manage start-up processes and mature those processes into standard operational policies and procedures.

Clearance Requirements : TS / SCI with POLY

Primary Responsibilities include :

Supervise and facilitate all related projects for the facilities, entities, and other corporate related requirements

Liase between building occupants, facilities team, vendors, and corporate stakeholders

Manage manufacturing and construction warranty issues and repair needs

Coordinate technical training for manufactured equipment

Identify and coordinate operation readiness requirements

Coordinate new hire site integration and further define roles and responsibilities beyond Day One

Assist with training and oversight into program areas, such as facilities maintenance, security, IT, and logistics

Develop and approve processes, procedures, and reporting metrics per the Client’s requirements

Required Skills :

Experience leading vendors and contractors

Experience educating and influencing cross-functional teams

Experience in integrated change management across a global organization

Experience with effectively distilling and communicating complex details throughout all organizational levels

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with collaboration software

Possesses the ability to professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to solve complicated business problems

Desired Skills :

Possess building systems management including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, UPS systems and life safety skills

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related Facilities field; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Facilities Engineer / Building Manager

Familiar with blueprints, and architectural terminology

The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
