- leverages existing m365 tools such as the ms power suite, ms teams, sharepoint, etc. To enhance collaboration on the site.
- develops the solution to be accessible and user-friendly on both desktop computers and mobiel devices.
- develops technical documentation to enable agency's help desk and technicians to provide ongoing support.
- works with system administrators to ensure security controls are in place. Maximizes security controls using industry best practices.
- develops user documentation

- provides knowledge transfer including documentation and training necessary for it staff to support the site and to allow selected end users to maintain the site's content.
