Job Title : Remote Payroll Systems Contractor

Location : Remote (U.S.-based)

Type : Part-Time Contract (Approx. 20 -40 hours / month)

Duration : 12 months, with potential for extension

Overview :

Federated Wireless is a leading provider of private wireless network solutions built on shared spectrum technology. As the company refocuses on its core SaaS platform and streamlines operations, we're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented payroll contractor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a lean team of ~40 employees.

Responsibilities :

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP
• Ensure accurate compensation, deductions, and reimbursements (including health insurance reimbursements through payroll)
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to support payroll-related transitions
• Assist with basic payroll reporting and documentation
• Support onboarding / offboarding payroll setup as needed
