Compensation :
$65,000 - $91,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals and insurance needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Understand and explain New York Life’s life insurance offerings and their benefits to clients.
- Build strong client relationships with exceptional service, ongoing support, and personalized financial planning.
- Generate leads, expand your client base, and meet sales targets through prospecting, networking, and sales presentations.
- Utilize New York Life’s training and resources to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices to ensure professionalism and client confidentiality.
Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and exceed client expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.
