For over two decades, we have become one of the most diversified real estate management firms in the Michigan area. Due to continued company growth, we have an immediate need for a Director of Marketing who will oversee all marketing activities for some of our largest properties.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience developing new marketing campaigns specifically for multi-unit residences (apartment complexes) with a strong focus on social media.
This is a fully onsite (M-F), fulltime, direct hire role for our Troy offices.

Our organization is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to head up all of our marketing operations and campaign development.
This person will be both strategic / creative as well as hands-on.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role
- Prior experience working within the real estate industry with a focus on multi-family units (REQUIRED)
- Successful track record of bringing in new, innovative ideas; a disruptor for the industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong background developing and managing social media campaigns
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and adjust marketing strategy accordingly
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
