Job Description

Rates starting at $24.50 / hour.

We are offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first six (6) months of employment).

This is a casual Licensed Practical Nurse systemwide posting and opportunities may be available in Beaver, Butler, Kittanning, New Castle, and Zelienople locations.

• Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care;
• assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring;

Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

Performs professional nursing duties with the responsibility of total residents / participants / patients / clients (patient) care and assuring the completion of nurse aide duties.

Cooperates with all disciplines to assure high quality patient care.

Availability varies based on location and program.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and must possess a current Practical Nurse license; in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A graduate nurse who has not yet obtained board results or a Nurse who does not yet have a Pennsylvania license must have a temporary practice permit required by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• Other qualifications may apply depending on specific program.
