DAY IN THE LIFE

You can expect an average day to include :

• Filling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouse

• Arriving on time at the customer home and providing 6-star service

• Having parts / material delivered to you
• Recording notes for the next technician
• Collecting payment from the customer

WHAT WE DO

We specialize in all residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, service, and more.

Whatever we do, we do it right. Customer service to us means caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness inside and outside
