Job Description :
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ICU RNs to join our team on a Per Diem basis. This flexible role allows you to pick up shifts that fit your schedule, with a minimum requirement of 4 shifts per month.
You have the option to work at one preferred location in Tacoma, Puyallup, Auburn, Olympia, or Covington, or float between these locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care.
Qualifications :
Current RN license in the state of Washington.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting.
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
